Rewritten Star Trek TNG LCARS personnel terminal with eight CV sections, Red Alert mode, sound effects, and accessible controls
Interactive CV rebuilt from the ground up as an LCARS personnel terminal inspired by Star Trek: The Next Generation. Eight hash-routed sections cover the personal file, technical specifications, mission logs, training, engineering projects, languages, security clearance, and communications. Number keys provide direct navigation, while the live stardate, UTC chronometer, boot sequence, and cycling readouts keep the interface feeling like a working terminal.
Red Alert seals the personnel file behind a command-authorization keypad and switches the interface to ship-system readouts with a looping klaxon. The rewrite also added deep links, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, reduced-motion support, a printable résumé view, self-hosted typography, privacy-friendly analytics, and a strict Content Security Policy.
The current version has zero runtime dependencies: vanilla JavaScript modules generate static markup, Vite builds the site, and Vitest with jsdom covers the interface behavior. It was rewritten and returned to live status in August 2026.
